We offer these products at reasonable rates and deliver these within the promised time-frame.
Role:
1. Complete installation of Printing Machines on site
2. Attend Breakdown calls
3. Demonstration
4. Machine Training to the Customers
5. Service Contract & Consumables Promotion
6. Generate Leads.
Education/Background Experience:
1. Education – Diploma / Engineering in any stream
2. 2+ years of Field Service Experience

Role:
1. Generate Leads.
2. Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
3. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
4. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
5. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
6. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
7. Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
8. Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
9. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
10. Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
Education/Background Experience:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
3. Professional certification sales and marketing will be an advantage.
4. Great interpersonal skills.
5. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
6. Strong organizational skills.
7. Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
8. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
